These are delivered loose in tubes of 10 without outer packaging/protection.
It is therefore completely normal that there can be slight traces such as dents, especially on the edge of the coins.
There may also be very fine scratches on the coins that are barely visible to the naked eye, which can result from the removal of the same.
As a dealer, we have no influence on the condition of the coins. This is therefore NO reason for a complaint. If you do not want this, please choose another bullion coin such as the nugget/kangaroo encapsulated by the mint or the Krugerrand, which is more robust due to the copper content.
